Words cannot begin to describe how amazing this place was! I came in on Dec 23rd in a complete panic after another local jewelry shop had dropped the ball and not done anything with redesigning and assembling a piece of jewelry for my mother after having it for almost a month. I brought the ring in and asked if there was anything they could do to make a birthstone ring or necklace out of the damaged ring. They took it back and showed me a beautiful design and finished and set the stones into a necklace in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! I cried in the car after getting it. It looks gorgeous and the response time given the holidays was astounding. I would recommend this store to anyone a thousand times over!

The people that run this place are amazing. I bought my wife's wedding ring here a couple years ago (a beautiful, unique piece that I hadn't seen anywhere else), and I still get amazing service from them even though I've long since moved away from the Bay Area. I've been able to contact them by email to do upkeep by sending the ring in, and we walked in the other day because we happened to be in town and they were able to service the ring again in no time. Amazing service and products!
